- Registration deadline for authors with accepted paper(s) is April 22, 2006, while registration deadline for interested attendees without an accepted paper is June 16, 2006.
- To qualify the lower advance registration fee, your registration and payment information must be received by Registration Chair by June 16, 2006.
- An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by the registration and payment information for at least one of the authors (only full member or non-member fees will be allowed for this purpose). One full member or non-member author registration will cover the publication of up to two accepted papers (either in IJCNN, FUZZ-IEEE or CEC) and each additionally accepted paper associated with the same registration will be subject to a mandatory publication fee of 100 USD.
- Each registration includes admission to the opening and closing receptions and one DVD-ROM Proceedings. The registration fee does not include any tutorial.
- Only regular registration (members, non-members and life members) include a ticket to the Award Banquet on Wednesday night, July 19, 2006. Student attendees are invited to attend the Student Reception on Wednesday noon time, July 19, 2006.
- The page limit for each paper is eight. Up to two additional pages will be permitted for a charge of $150 per additional page.
- Twelve tutorials are planned at three different time slots. The interested attendees may choose to attend these at $100 USD per tutorial, or three tutorials for the discount price of $250 USD.
- No printed proceedings will be made available at congress.
- There will be a $50 USD fee assessed for returned checks or for chargeback issued on valid credit card charges.
- Refund policy: Processing fee $100 USD before May 16, 2006. No refund will be honored after May 16, 2006.
- Only credit card, personal check, cashier's check and money order will be accepted. No wire transfer please. If you prefer to pay by check, please make sure that the Registration Chair's name and full address are included on the envelope before maling it to the Registration Chair, otherwise the check will be lost.
